Perfect - from initial contact to final inspection. We collected three quotes & went with 5-Star. Kim Hannah (estimator) came out within days of our first call, did a thorough walk-thru, listened to all our wants & needs, & gave us a very good price within a day or so, which we obviously accepted. Matt Barr (scheduler) called the next day to confirm their availability the following week. Elizabeth Farrell (project mgr) then reached out to inform us she would be the company cat-herder for the job. As scheduled, she arrived with the crew to do a walk-thru with them to ensure we were all on the same page. The work was estimated & scheduled to take ~6days. They finished in four. 👍Elizabeth stayed in touch throughout the process & returned to do a punch list inspection upon project completion, discovering a few very minor issues. From start to finish everything was top-notch - prompt, courteous, professional. I recommend you consider 5-Star Painting for all your painting needs. Can't say it strong enough. 👍👍👍👍👍

Had a need for indoor painting and repairs and Five Star Painting in Alpharetta nailed it. Terrific job from start to finish. It started with Becca who was knowledgeable and provided a thorough quote, then then brought on a great project managed in Elizabeth, and then Ivan and his team pulled up their sleeves and did a tremendous job. They clearly sent the A team to my house. There was even a minor blemish I found a day later, and without question or delay, they cleared it up in a day. Highly recommended.

Kim came out promptly and worked up a detailed quote, Maleesa kept us informed of paperwork and scheduling, and Elizabeth communicated with the awesome skilled professional crew led by Jose. Elizabeth made sure everything was done to our specifications and used her expertise to make much needed suggestions. Impeccable work and service not always found these days. Five Star Painting was great. They came out to quote on a Saturday, which was convenient for us. Their prices were competitive, but they really were great communicators throughout the process. From sales, to project management, to on-site crews, everyone took their job seriously and professionally. Most importantly when there was a mistake that impacted our wood floors, they didn't argue or make the problem our fault, they got to work fixing the mistake the next morning to our total satisfaction.

Booked them to do a couple of jobs. Some rooms indoor and my screeded porch which was stained and painted. Couldn’t be happier. They did a great job, were thorough and prices were good. I had Elizabeth as my site manager and she was very easy to work with. Will definitely use them in the future.

Elizabeth, Rebecca, and the painting crew were amazing. The team is very professional, timely, and stress free. Rebecca was our first contact and made us feel comfortable regarding our questions for painting our living room and foyer. We have high ceilings and an open layout room, so we were nervous about the pricing, however Five Star painting was affordable compared to other companies and they provided quality paint. The project manager Elizabeth, was very knowledgeable with explaining how the paint would actually translate in our space. The painting crew was AMAZING. They prepped our space in a very neat way and also cleaned everything up really well. They are also very professional painters and painted our living room, foyer, crown molding in two days. We highly recommend Five Star painting to our friends and family, and will be using them again.

Our house was last painted 15 years ago. It is mostly cedar and pine and over 40 years old. It was due for paint, but my greater concern was having all of the deteriorated wood repaired so the new paint would last for a long time. I got "apples to apples" competitive bids from two large, well known companies. I chose Five Star Painting based on price. Kim from sales helped me select the right products and services for my needs. The work crew arrived a few days after I signed the contract, and Five Star assigned Paul as the project manager. The workers were very skillful and did beautiful work. My wife especially appreciated how well they cleaned up afterwards, and how little her flower beds were disturbed after three days of work. Full disclosure - we did have one problem with the scope of the wood repair. Paul, the crew lead and I got together to review the details, and quickly came to an agreeable resolution. My wife and I are totally pleased with the high quality painting and repair that was done for a reasonable price.
