Five Star completed an interior paint job for us that turned out very well. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship, scheduling and time-on-job. We had a dispute over a charge for repairs made outside the original estimate before painting could begin. We worked with management and the dispute was resolved amicably. Tip: If there might be repairs needed to pre-painted surfaces, get the estimate for that work as part of the original estimate for painting only. Conflict will be avoided on both sides of the contract.
