Meet the Team of Castle Rock

I was born and raised in California living the laid back beach life. When I turned 20 I decided to make a change. Four months later I moved and made Colorado Springs my new home. One of the major reasons I moved out to Colorado, is like most, I loved the mountains and wanted to live somewhere I could be close to all my favorite activities like camping, hiking, snow-shoeing, dirt biking and skiing. Colorado was the perfect place for me! So I packed everything up my dog, two cats and my clothes and moved out for a new adventure. Shortly after the move, I met a man that eventually became my husband. With so much in common we are a perfect fit. We spend most of our free time, hiking, camping, riding the beautiful Colorado Rockies. Something most people don't know about me is that my Husband & I share the same hobby as reptile breeders. My favorite type of food is Mexican Food, of course! I actually dislike sweets, so no favorite deserts for me. I’ve played many sports growing up and was a pretty decent softball player. I also enjoy MMA for exercise and health. I also taught horseback riding for a while. I am big fan of the great outdoors and consider it calming as well as therapy for the soul.

While living on the West coast, I worked for Sherwin Williams as a color consult for 4 years. Fortunately I was able to transfer to the Colorado Springs Sherwin Williams where I continued as a Color Consultant for 2 more years while increasing my education and knowledge on Residential Paint and Painting. During my time there I was able to take on an additional job as Project Manager /Designer for a Bathroom & Kitchen Remodel company. From there I joined the Five Star Team as a Project Manager. For 3 years I managed every aspect of our customers’ projects. Thanks to my desire to master my job and industry knowledge, I was trained as a residential and commercial estimator. Once I became highly proficient in these areas, the GM position with Five Star became available. After interviewing and training, I was awarded the General Manager Position for Five Star Painting Colorado Springs and Southwest Denver. I really enjoy my trade, meeting people and providing Five Star Service. With over 9 years in the residential painting and contracting industry, I pride myself on Customer Satisfaction and Industry knowledge.
