My overall experience was "Five Star". I did get three quotes for painting of my home, which included gutter removal and repair to fascia and soffits as needed. Becca provided a very detailed quote and was very responsive, and our project manager Elizabeth was excellent to work with and was even more critical than I am. They really took pride in what they were doing and the results show that. Antonio was lead on the job and paid great attention to detail. They did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day and at the end of the job (see note below). Overall I am very satisfied with Five Star and can recommend them without hesitation based on my experience. I have a few suggestions for Five Star and for people who are planning to get their homes painted: 1) I probably picked up 20 or more screws and nails - most of which were from my gutters. May be an area for improvement. 2) I recommend replacing your gutters as it reveals the condition of the wood beneath and allows any deficiencies to be corrected. If you can afford to, do it. I ended up paying extra to have more wood replaced - but it was done right and that is what is important to me. 3) My wife and I opened all windows and cleaned the sills before the painters arrived. I also removed light fixtures and anything that was on the exterior house so they could do their best work. I replaced the light fixtures since old fixtures on a freshly painted house just look bad (weak link) - I suppose you could paint them but they were cheap enough and the new ones look fabulous. Again - great job Five Star, very professional and the price was reasonable. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you again Becca, Elizabeth, and Antonio.

Great experience! We worked with Becca for our quote, Elizabeth as our PM and Carlos' team as our painters and everyone was fantastic. From start to finish the job took 3 days and it turned out exactly how we hoped it would, I would absolutely recommend 5 Star!

Jay came out and performed a complete estimate. I was provided a detailed line-item estimate, unlike the just totals from others. After excepting the estimate and providing a 20% deposit Malessa texted me and then called to get me on the schedule. She worked with my timeline and had the crew out that same week. Next Elizabeth the project manager called, and we discussed the arrival time and details for the first day of the project. The morning of the start of the project everyone was there on time! Then Elisabeth introduced me to Louise the crew leader we walked the property and revied the work to be completed. They were very detailed, pointing out areas of concern and asking my instructions. Elizabeth asked me to call her with any questions, additions or concerns and that she could address them immediately. Louise and team began immediately following and they were very detailed and careful. They used drop clothes, tape, and other tools to assure that paint got where it was supposed to be only! There were several areas that required carpentry, both repair and replacement work and it was completed to perfection. Louise's crew did an excellent job on prep including sanding, calking, and filling. His crew also exceeded my expectation on the cleanup of my property on completing of the project! Next Elizabeth returned and we all walked the property to review the great work! Last we paid the remaining balance and are now very happy with the team and excellent job done!

Does your home need a “refresh” or “facelift?” No need to look further! There was no pressure during the initial visit. Jay came out to give a quote, he highlighted a few slabs of wood and boards that needed to be replaced and gave pointers that would save me money. Jay was kind and professional! The scheduler Malessa was professional and kind during the scheduling process! Project manager Elizabeth was kind and knew how to answer all my questions with professionalism! The painting team worked hard for three days (around rain) to give my thirty year old home a “facelift!” I couldn’t be happier with the turnout and professionalism! I highly recommend Five Star Painting!! They will definitely be doing my next project in the future!
