I can't say enough about the great customer service and paint work done by Five Star Painting. We have done a lot of home renovation projects in our lives- but Five Star Painting exceeded every expectation: Stacy Ortiz showed up on time and had our quote ready the same day. It was a fair price (they painted full interior, approx 2800 sq ft). I was pleasantly pleased to not see an exaggerated cost. The project manager (loved Alexis, and so did our pooches!) showed up on time and was very, very detailed about the process, how it would go in phases, as well as daily work schedules. Alexis was not only detailed, but had ample suggestions where we got stuck. She also caught areas we missed for wall repair- she is extremely customer-focused and does an amazing job- ask for her. I can't say enough about the crew (we had Sandy and team). I don't know how- but they were the quietest cleanest crew we've had the pleasure of working with. I appreciated their concientious work ethic, and how they thoroughly covered our wood floors/furniture, and cleaned up each day. They showed up exactly at the scheduled time- and worked a full day. You will love working with Five Star- we will again.

Responsive Reasonable $$$ great customer service

We had several interior rooms done, ceilings, interior doors, a half bath retextured and painted, stair rail restained and spindles repainted. It was a big overhaul. Everything went smooth and timely. They started when I was ready and finished by the estimated completion date 7 days later. They asked what time they could start in the mornings and what time they could work to in the evenings. Crew was friendly and respectful. They took their time covering protective surfaces and moved the furniture and covered it. The Proj Mgr Michelle came in each day to check on everything and stayed in touch the entire time. Jesus and crew did an amazing job. At the walk through Michelle had him take care of remaining cleanup and touchups and she helped wipe and clean the floors as well. He put light fixturees, ceiling vents, wall mirrors, and left some leftover paint for us to touchup as needed in the future. House looks beautiful and immaculate. Will not hesitate to use again.

They gave a fair price, had excellent communication, and the job was done well. They were sure to do touchups and make sure I was satisfied.

Five Star Painting did an outstanding job painting my kitchen, den, and hallway. They had the difficult job of painting my old 70's kitchen cabinets that were coated in 48 years of grease and who knows what else and our den and hallway paneling. They also repaired a large hole on my garage ceiling where the sheetrock had collapsed. Michele, Jesus, and their crew were extremely respectful. They always communicated with me to let me know what they were about to do. Five Star Painting exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality job done at a very reasonable price.

Everything went great from Stacy coming out to give us a quote and then Michele managing the project. The painters did a beautiful job and were very polite and respectful of our home. They cleaned up each day and made sure we were happy with the progress as well as the final walk through. We highly recommend Five Star Painting for any home painting needs!

We just recently painted the exterior of our home and from the get-go and after interviewing several paint contractors, Five Star Painting stood out with their professionalism. Michelle was our project manager and the whole process was seamless. We went out of town during the project and Michelle sent picture updates which was so appreciated. The paint job turned out great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use their services again in the future! Christian (the head painter) was very precise, kind and came back to do some touch ups immediately. From the coordination, execution and timeliness to get the job done-10/10!

Five star did a great job of painting my exterior siding for a really great price. My program manager, Alexis, met with me on the first morning to go over the process and what needed to happen. And she also did the closing walk through. She ensured any areas needing touch ups were done right then and there and had great attention to detail. I would highly recommend five star painting!

I strongly recommend Five Star Painting to anyone looking for painting service. I've been through many paint projects in my life and this was by far the easiest process I've experienced. Michelle was our project manager and she is incredibly professional, and has the customers' interests front of mind. There's no salesmanship here - only dedication and commitment to the art of their work. Michelle checked our house daily, called me with a detailed update, and even jumped to help us when we had TWO water leaks. She would punch the completed areas as the painters moved through the house, so when they were ready for our review, there was practically nothing for us to correct. There was ZERO overspray and that team has an eye for detail. Another highlight: They were the lowest of (4) proposals. Not by a lot where you would second-guess their capabilities, but reasonably priced where the customer isn't gouged. I will call Five Start Painting (and Michelle!) for every project going forward.
