John and his crew came out to paint the rear exterior of my home. It recently had ivy removed and had the little fossilized remnants all over. There was mildew and chipped paint. Five Star Painting came out and destroyed the ivy remnants, the mildew, blasted away the chipped paint, and THEN they applied paint to my stucco building. It was hard to match the paint color because stucco creates shadows and looks different depending on the sun. John was patient and helped us find the right color. He took his time helping and showing us different colors in different light. They did a stellar job. I highly recommend. I’ll be using them to paint again for my other projects.

An entirely satisfactory experience. Our house was overdue for some minor repairs and a new paint job, all the outside walls and trim. Looks great now! We felt comfortable with the price. The 2 painters came early, left late and worked non-stop each day with only a lunch break. John (owner) very accessible by phone or e-mail and here for a bit at least once each day.

Two beautiful rooms in a day! Painting the fireplace wall white (“rock candy”) makes it look like a completely new room - and the bedroom upstairs is gorgeous too! Eli is amazing!

We have had John and his crews at our home to do interior work, and we're very pleased with the walls and kitchen cabinets. 5 years later we needed some exterior work done. They were prompt on arrival for the estimate, worked with us as things changed on color and application, and in the end gave us a good price and stuck to it. They were here every day they said they would be, they worked around the rain that has been so prevalent, and we are very pleased with the result. The main thing with John and Five Star Painting is stress reduction. You're not just a number, and he's not going to leave you behind while he goes and captures more work. He will keep sending out hard workers like Eli, Israel and family, and Chris until the work gets done to your satisfaction.

We had the exterior of our house painted and the difference is amazing. From getting our estimate to the completion of the project, the process was easy. John provided a fair and honest estimate. We had extensive water damage on the outside of our house. Israel and the rest of the crew did excellent carpentry repairs and the paint job makes our house look new. If you are looking for painters, look no further. Our pictures do not do the project justice at all.

We used Five Star Painting to paint our custom Closet. They were very responsive and upfront regarding price and availability.
