Terry Koubele and his team at 5 Star Painting are phenomenal. From the initial visit with Lisa to get everything ready, to the most attention to detail for the prep work to the painting. Francisco and his crew were amazing. I have never seen anyone paint like that. They cleaned everything up after they were done, and it looked amazing. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job. Thank you.

Easy to work with, paint work looks great
Hi Kristin - We appreciate your feedback and I have shared that with our Corporate Office. The warranty activation has been in place for many years and I can assure you that even if a client didn't complete a review, we have always taken care of any concerns they had. The interior painting recently completed was wonderful. This is 2nd time using 5 Star Painting. They painted the exterior of my home 2 years ago. Two neighbors came by after the completed job and asked which company did the work. These fellows each complimented the work done and intended to call 5 Star for their homes. I have never seen a crew that takes as much pride in the work they do until this crew. Very detailed and hard working. They're definitely wanting to make sure you're very satisfied with the job they performed. Every day they cleaned up the work area and the finale clean up was perfect. Excellent customer service. Professional estimate was promptly delivered. Fence pressure washing came out fantastic and then the staining was applied and the entire project looks great. We would give Five Star Painting 10 Stars.

Five Star Painting did an excellent paint job on the exterior of our house. Their process from the masking of windows to reaching difficult areas was truly professional. They did an excellent job of cleanup also.

Our experience with Five Star Painting was exceptional from start to finish. The staff who organized the job (reviewing the work to be done, explaining the process, quoting the job...answering MORE questions...waiting till we were ready...then scheduling right when we needed it were patient, friendly, and professional. The crew who came in for the 3 day job (about 1200 square feet with plenty of high ceilings) put two coats on ceiling and walls. They were a great team of friendly, courteous, and caring people and did a beautiful job. Not a spot missed and not a drop of paint where it shouldn't be. Yes, we recommend this company if you need interior painting!

Thank you Five Star for doing an exceptional job on both our complete exterior (Spring 2023) and our interior (Feb 2024) first floor plus upstairs landing. The interior job was extensive: new baseboards throughout, ceilings, two bathrooms, kitchen and remainder. The attention to detail by both the millwork crew and the paint crew was superior. Lisa, our project manager was awesome with a fine eye for detail as well. Five Star was incredibly accommodating to our schedule. We highly recommend Five Star Painting of Federal Way as they were ALWAYS professional, exceedingly kind, and very, very thorough.
The Five Star Painting of Federal Way team did excellent quality work painting our home interior. The team showed up on time, were courteous, and completed the work on time.
