Josh has over 13 years of experience with Five Star Painting - 12 years with us here in Dallas, and 1 year working in the corporate office in Waco, TX. His work history as a call center manager and the manager of a restaurant helped him develop remarkable customer service and problem resolution skills. He also trained other franchise owners how to open, start, and maintain a Five Star Painting business all over the country and Canada while at the corporate office. He’s a Five Star Painting expert! Josh and his wife, Sierra, have 4 children, Oliver, Wesley, Elliott and Sawyer. They enjoy going to Stars and Rangers games, musicals at Fair Park and trying out any sushi restaurant.

Sierra is the company's bookkeeper, managing payroll and accounts receivable. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are huge assets to this role and to our company. She is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She now lives in Parker with her husband, Josh, and their four children, Oliver, Wesley, Elliott and Sawyer. Her job history includes assisting attorneys in family law and business litigation.

Michele has been with Five Star Painting for just over 3 years. She has managed more than 2 million dollars worth of business and has a customer satisfaction rating through the roof. She has amazing attention to detail and organizational skills. She is from Germany and loves anything that reminds her of her childhood and home. We are thrilled to have Michele on our team.

Alexis has been with Five Star for 4 years and has produced over 1000 jobs. She ensures that every home gets that special Five Star touch. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and watching her dance.
