I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Five Star Painting! From the very beginning, Nathan made the process easy by clearly explaining everything and getting us set up with a contract. But the real star of the project was Gregory. He was incredibly patient—taking the time to answer all of my questions and even letting us push back the start date because of a couple of trips we had to make. Without his guidance and persistence, I don’t think things would have moved as smoothly as they did! Once the work began, the two gentlemen who handled the painting were not only fast but also incredibly respectful, and their work was excellent. Gregory continued to go above and beyond, installing hardware, a light fixture, and a mirrored medicine cabinet—something I truly appreciated! The entire process was seamless, and the work was completed in a great timeframe. I’m beyond pleased with the results, and I can’t say enough good things about Gregory’s dedication and patience. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares about their work and their clients, I highly recommend Five Star Painting!

Overall, we had a very good experience with Five Star Painting. They painted our living room, kitchen, skylight, hallway and two bedrooms, including one of the cathedral ceilings. They were friendly, to the point and professionally quick. They finished all that in three days. They also provided an air purifier at our request. And the few concerns we had at walkthrough at the end, they generously addressed. While there were a couple of small painting faux-pas I didn’t notice until afterwards (paint on a couple of outlets, slightly noticeable lines on painted-over wallpaper, and paint specks on a few places) I would still highly recommend them for your interior painting needs. I was particularly impressed with their thoughtful initiative to paint a few small things that weren’t in the contract and help in a few other ways as well. You should see our skylight now. Well done, Five Star Painting.

Five Star Painting did an excellent job and went above and beyond to help us with a leak in our house. Not only did Greg and his team repair the wall and repaint the areas damaged by the leak, they also helped us diagnose and address the source of the leak. I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to perform the job and the quality of the work that they did. I would highly recommend them!

Fivestar did two painting jobs, both on relatively short notice. First walls and trims and removing popcorn ceiling, then baseboards and quarter rounds after a flooring install. Both times reliable, responsive, and exceptional quality of finished product. Greg, project manager, and Nathan wonderful to work with and calm and professional. The crews that complete the work are excellent, with great care and attention to detail.

True to their namesake, our experience with Five Star was fantastic. Even though it was clear in the first couple of minutes that they wouldn't be able to take our job (we have some serious lead paint issues), Nathan spent over an hour with us going through our options, telling us what to watch out for, and giving us his professional expertise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy group — which can be hard to find!
