Five Star Painting did an excellent job and went above and beyond to help us with a leak in our house. Not only did Greg and his team repair the wall and repaint the areas damaged by the leak, they also helped us diagnose and address the source of the leak. I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to perform the job and the quality of the work that they did. I would highly recommend them!

Fivestar did two painting jobs, both on relatively short notice. First walls and trims and removing popcorn ceiling, then baseboards and quarter rounds after a flooring install. Both times reliable, responsive, and exceptional quality of finished product. Greg, project manager, and Nathan wonderful to work with and calm and professional. The crews that complete the work are excellent, with great care and attention to detail.

True to their namesake, our experience with Five Star was fantastic. Even though it was clear in the first couple of minutes that they wouldn't be able to take our job (we have some serious lead paint issues), Nathan spent over an hour with us going through our options, telling us what to watch out for, and giving us his professional expertise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy group — which can be hard to find!

Nathan, Greg and Raul were AMAZING! My house had been rented out for 3 years prior to my moving in; there was a lot to do before painting could even begin. Nathan asked what my 3 top priorities were, I replied: safety of having people I don't know in my home, help with paint color and quality job for fair price. Prior to meething, Nathan sent me a picture of himself so I would recognize him! He helped me to select the color for interior of my home with my very basic description of what I wanted; the color is perfect! Greg oversaw the project and met with me and Raul who led the crew on the first day as I planned to be out of the house during the 3.5 day project. All the repairs and painiting were done very well and they kept in good communication with me as well as locked up my house daily. The garage also needed to be painted but was full of moving boxes. As soon as I let Greg know the garage was accessible, he Raul and crew came quickly to finish the job. The garage looks so good I could use it as another room! I can't say enough good things to encourage everyone to use Five Star Painting of Greensboro!

One of the things I value about 5 Star Painting GSO is their ability to “manage the process”. I submitted an inquiry earlier this year to use them and they came out, did a consultation and were very responsive! We were involved in an office move that required coordination of multiple vendors to help us get our new office ready with a pretty quick turn around. The communication was top notch and he was timely in everything. Ultimately a decision maker (above me )wanted to go with a different vendor (only focused on cost). The real cost showed up weeks later when the owner had taken no less than 10-15 hours of his time to figure out and coordinate vendors. Had our decision make used 5 Star he would’ve seen that Nathan already anticipated the coordination we would’ve needed on the detailed quote that was provided to us. So if you wanna be your own project manager while running a company do it yourself the way you want. If you don’t want to do that, call Five Star Painting GSO!
