Ladson is a hands on representative of the firm. He was present every day, did what he said he was going to do, and allowed me to give input along the way, to include observations of defects which were immediately corrected. He and I were on the same page in so many aspects, but the one that needs highlighting is the value proposition offered. By that I mean a quality product (the paint) and project (the actual painting itself) at a fair price. A very equitable and pleasant experience hence, no buyers remorse in this situation.
