We have used a lot of contractors over the years with multiple house builds and other projects. Ridge and his team are, by far, one of the very best we have worked with. Ridge responds in a very timely manner, keeps you updated along the way, shows up when he says he will show up and goes above and beyond the ensure the final product is of the highest quality and that the client is happy. We had his team stain our back deck and they did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, when it was finished, my husband and I discovered we had made a poor color choice and were unhappy with the way it looked. Not Five Star Paintings fault at all but Ridge still worked with us on problem solving different fixes that would give us the outcome we wanted without totally throwing our budget out the window. His team was incredibly quick on showing up and figuring out the actual color we were going for and then repainting the entire deck. We are so happy with the way it turned out. We highly recommend Five Star Painting!

They replaced rotten wood under my eave before painting, and made several trips around town trying to match the 30 year old trim. Finally got one close. It looks perfect! They respected my property and cleaned up everything. Very punctual and professional. I plan on using them again in a few years when my whole exterior needs painting. HIGHLY recommended!!! Love the excellent customer service!

Ridge was our 5 Star Rep. He came to our home, addressed our painting needs, and forwarded an estimate in a timely manner. He followed up and adjusted to our further requests with good answers and a competitive response. The painters, Trent and Troy, arrived and completed the project in a timely, considerate, and professional yet friendly manner. Ridge arrived on the last day to inspect the quality of the job and insure our satisfaction. We chose to use 5 Star Painting because of their rating with the BBB, Oldham County status and reputation, and ability to adjust to our needs in a competitive way. I will remember their name and would definitely call them for any future painting projects.
