Excellent job "plastering" and painting walls and ceiling. Arrived on time, cleaned area prior to leaving each day, friendly, courteous and kept me informed of scheduled work. A special thank you to Ty for devising ways to protect bookshelves/books and to Jim for his attention to details. I am very pleased with the "finished product." I will definitely call Five Star should the need arise.

Excellent work and customer service! My fence is stained beautifully and carefully. The man who cleaned and stained the fence was very careful and skilled. My door painting looks very neat and clean! A great change in its look. Jim Labbe runs very professional company, and i feel confident in recommending his company to others and using their services again!

My wife and I contracted in September 2024 with Five Star Painting to paint our first floor livingroom, hallway. stairway (with railings), entrance and bedroom in Cumberland Hill. The ceilings are very high and we have many antique furniture pieces that are heavy and awkward to move. We boxed up the contents of various cabinets. Mr. James Labbe, the franchise owner introduced us to the crew of workers. The workers moved furniture and boxes out of their way. Some were moved to the garage. There were no spills, damages, or complaints. The work was completed in four days, for a fair price. All furniture, bed and exerise equipment were moved back into place. All debris was removed and swept away, and a final review for satisfaction was conducted by Mr. Labbe. We were very pleased with the work and Mr. Labbe's professional management. He manages several crews and the one with which we worked was polite, diligent, and timely. The crew respected him and saw him as a mentor. Carelessly I wrote a check for $300 more than billed, and Mr. Labbe refunded it immediately and we would never have noticed it. Honesty and integrity are rare qualities among contractors; therefore, we recommend his company very highly.

Jim and his guys did a wonderful job of coating the deck. Despite the obstacles encountered. The first was the previous coating. It did not come off easily and was going to affect the final color of the deck. My wife was not pleased with how it was going to look. But Jim and his guys come up with a solution that pleased us. One of his guys spent about an entire day sanding to prepare it for staining. This was above the quoted labor cost, but it didn't increase the quoted price. As you might expect, it rained but it didn't stop the job from being completed on time. Jim was there or called to check on the job. Jim knew how important the color of the stain was to my wife and he worked hard to keep her satisfied. If you have a paint job planned, I highly recommend you call Jim. You will be pleased that you did!

Painters were courtesy and great attention. To detail. A pleasure to have in our home.Owner was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.
