We worked with Mike (Project Manager) and Alex (Sales) and from the very beginning the process was extremely easy. Alex was able to get out within 24 hours to review and provide a quote, and although we had to make some tweaks to the quotes leading up to the start, Alex was also responsive and made the updates accordingly. The Crew showed up right on time and they were able to match our paint colors we needed, even though our colors weren't based on the preferred paint that they use. The biggest differentiator was when Mike came out and actually re-painted an entire wall based on a mistake that we made. We tried to fix a ding in the wall and when we tried to paint over it, it looked awful. Even after offering to pay for the additional time (and paint), Mike took the time, purchased the paint, and came and fixed it for us. I would highly recommend Five Star Painting and will definitely be using them in the future with any additional painting needs that we have.
