My wife and I can’t say enough about the quality painting job performed by Five Star Painting. When we decided to have the exterior of our house painted, we did a considerable amount of research regarding painting contractors and Five Star kept showing up as the top choice. Even the President of our HOA recommended Five Star following the company’s painting of their home. We initially met with Kathleen, co-owner of Five Star Painting, to obtain a quote. She was very thorough in her examination of our home and provided a timely quote that was in line with our budget. Christian, also a co-owner, and his painting crew began the work on the date promised and completed the entire project (power washing and sealing of all stucco cracks, house body and trim painting, and door and shudder painting) within a three day period. Upon completion, Christian walked with us around the entire house to inspect the completed paint job and strongly encouraged us to contact him at any time if a problem was discovered after the inspection. We would highly recommend Five Star Painting to our family and friends and to anyone who is searching for a top quality painting contractor.

We recently had the outside of our house painted. Five Star Painting was excellent. They came out and looked at the project and gave me a quote via email later the same day. Their quote was reasonable and within our price range. We had to get HOA preapproval before they could begin. I gave them the clearance letter and they scheduled us within the week. They painted our house in two days and did a fantastic job. The company was very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work Five Star Painting has done. I looked at many companies before I selected five star. It was probably two years before I finally decided. The main reason I selected them was their professionalism. They came out in a company van to give me the estimate. The estimate was professionally done and was in line with what other contractors had quoted. It listed all the items that we discussed. The whole transaction was done electronically on the computer. They sent me copies of the proposal with the costs for each individual section. They have their own insurance and are licensed in the state of Florida. These are all things that are very important when it comes to someone working in or around your home. I had the exterior of my home completely painted. I have a two-story home, which made it even more difficult. The surface of my home is made of stucco and the paint was old and chalky. They suggested using a product called “Loxon conditioner” to make sure the new paint would stick and not peel. This is applied before painting the top coat. On the first day they pressure washed the surface to remove any dirt. Then they filled and patched all the holes and cracks of which there were many! They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. They applied two coats of the topcoat and it took two Painters one whole day to complete these tasks. The next day they came back and completed the trim color and painted the front door and shutters. When they were done, the owner asked me to please come out and inspect their work to be sure I was satisfied. It all looked great to me, but he actually pointed out more areas that needed touchup. All the areas were addressed with caulking and or paint. All the work was done very professionally, and was cleaned up very nicely. For all these reasons, I get Five Star Painting a five star rating! I highly recommend them.
