When there was an issue with the paint (not his fault, just a bad batch). , he let me know asap and brought in his paint salesperson to see the issue and get a different brand. In the past year, we have had Five Star Painting complete a couple of major painting jobs for us. Different contractors were used due to the specialised requirements of each project. Steve was great at ensuring we had the right people for the job, and that our needs were being met. In the summer, we had our deck refurbished and painted as well as our front door and exterior trim. Lots of care was given to ensuring prep work and repairs were done before painting started. We were very pleased with the end results, and the deck still looks freshly done, even after a winter's worth of being exposed to the elements and having snow scraped from it regularly. This winter, we had our oak kitchen cabinets refinished with a light grey paint. We were very impressed with the work and attention to detail that was given. The results were excellent, and a major transformation to our space. Steve has been responsive and easy to work with. The contractors he has lined up for us have been professional, courteous, and very good at keeping us informed of the process along the way. Would definitely recommend.
