How long will the project take from start to finish?
This will depend on the size and scope of the project which makes our onsite estimate so important. We come out to your home or business and take a look at exactly what you need done, then give you a price and estimated completion time right on the spot.

How soon can you schedule our project?
We like to schedule our customers as soon as possible, but we do have a busy Summer season, so you could be looking at a 3-4 week wait during the Summer months. The sooner you call us the better!

Do we have to pay for the project in advance?
No, we request a 10% deposit to start the project, and final payment is not due until the work is completed to the customer’s satisfaction. We pride ourselves on earning our customer's trust and know how important a job well done is!

How soon do I have to decide on paint colors?
Normally that decision doesn’t have to be made until a day or two prior to the start of work. On a small project that decision can be made first thing the morning we start. We're flexible so you can trust that the finished project will be exactly what you want!

Do I have to provide the paint, or will that be part of your estimate?
No, our Five Star Painting quote will include the paint, supplies, and labor needed to complete the project. We get fantastic pricing on paint thanks to the volume we purchase. However, if you provide your own paint, we take that into consideration when providing the estimate.

How large are your paint crews?
We have several crews that range in size from 1-4 members.
