I obtained multiple bids and found Five Star to be very competitive. 2 of my bids were very similar and one was almost double the price of my bid from 5 Star. Ultimately, I used my gut to choose between the 2 better bids. Also, I like that 5 Star allowed me to choose whatever paint product I preferred and put that in writing in the contract. The team did a great job taping off and prepping the job. They were constantly in communication with me about any details prior to proceeding with each phase of the project. My 5700sqft home took them a full 5 days to complete and the job looks great at the finish. They usually had 3-4 guys who worked hard daily…. so it really takes time to do it right.

I have two metal conex shipping containers that had quite a bit of corrosion on them. Five-star painting cleaned and sanded the containers and then painted them and they did an outstanding job. I am very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them.

I recently had 5 Star Painting transform my entire house, including the ceilings, baseboards, walls, accent walls, and a brick fireplace. They did an exceptional job! The team was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Arturo, the painter assigned to my project, took a few days longer than initially projected, but his meticulous attention to detail was well worth the wait. He maintained direct communication with me, ensuring I was always informed and satisfied with the progress. I was out of town during this project. Upon completion, the company called to confirm everything was finished and to ensure my satisfaction. They also offered a complimentary touch-up after all my furniture and belongings were moved in, which I found to be a wonderful gesture. 5 Star Painting exceeded my expectations in every way. I am absolutely pleased with their work and highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!

We are very happy we chose Five Star Painting of Salt Lake City. All the employees we interacted with were kind and professional. They were prompt with appointment times and did exactly like they said they would. Chris did our initial quote and made sure we were happy with the work all the way through our project (basement painted). The staff kindly returned to do a final touch up we requested. Hector managed the project. David was the primary painter and is very talented. Nicholas assisted. Taylor in scheduling and billing was kind and helpful. Five Star Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. The job included significant stucco repair and caulking as well as painting. The team, Alejandro and Valentina, took great care in the prep work. Their application of the paint was done carefully and professionally. They were very neat with no spills or overspray of paint. They also made sure that none of my landscape trees, bushes and plants were damaged in any way. This was very important to me. Clean up was great too. The house looks beautiful. I got a great price too and free paint! Highly recommend!

Our experience with 5 Star went very well from start to finish. The rear fence staining was a job I couldn’t handle any more. Chris’ on site expertise, the crew and Taylor in the office made for a very smooth process.
