I am a perfectionist and picky. Also I don’t particularly like having work people whom I don’t know at my house. I usually see something they could have done better after they leave. I previously used Five Star to paint the exterior cedar siding on my house and this time for interior work painting a hall ceiling and a bathroom vanity. Used them for the first time, very happy! The person who gave us a quote was very thorough. They painted our deck in September and did a perfect job plus showed respect for our property. I like the way a project manager came the day before, we met with him and the painting team and then he came back after the job was done to inspect it and make sure we were fully satisfied before paying. In January they came and did interior painting and I was also great! There was a few areas in the bathroom we needed touched up and the project manager came the next day and took care of it for us. I’ve been very happy with the whole process and recommend them highly!

Every Five Star agent: Scheduler Justine, Estimator Dan, and Project Foreman Matt far exceeded the highest customer service expectations- -courteous, friendly, always on time. A real plus: Justine was always on top of things- -great communication! On the day of service, Matt texted to say he was running ahead of schedule and could arrive early- -I did the happy dance! Most importantly the work (drywall repair and painting) has been done to perfection! “The proof is in the pudding.” I really appreciated the 2-man crew who were efficient, very tidy, and careful- -the project was completed in a few hours instead of taking a day or two. From beginning to project end- -Five Star was top notch; I highly recommend Five Star Painting!

Very professional process from estimator, project manager Josh to the painters who were particular with patching, sanding, painting and cleanup! Very pleased with their work, and will highly recommend. The work they did for me was on main level and included all baseboards, all trim, interior doors, walls. Had a stain on ceiling which now looks fantastic. Crew was pleasant and hard working.
