Five Star Painting of Tacoma did a wonderful and very professional job of painting our house, patio and upper deck. The quote was very reasonable, polite, honest and they answered all of our questions. We got 2 other quotes and we felt that Five Star was the most honest and reasonable price.They covered and protected everything that needed to be protected and the "follow up" was excellent. They came back for every question we had. We would highly recommend Five Star Painting to anyone who is looking to upgrade the outside of their home. Blessings Guys and Gals. You did a great job. Five Star did both interior and exterior paint for us. We were extremely happy with the whole process. They won our business through their thorough estimation process, use of quality products, and competitive pricing. Lisa was our project manager and she made sure the whole painting process was smooth and her communication throughout the projects was excellent. The crews were great and all work met or exceeded expectations. I fully recommend Five Star.

Five Star Painting was great painting my fence.There was a problem with some of the new repaired fence boards not completely covering by the paint. Lisa, their project manager, maded it right by having the painter repaint all the affected boards. The fence looks great and I highly recommend them.

Terry, Kurt, Ulices and the whole crew were great. They did a wonderful job. There was a small issue because of the weather but Ulices came out the next morning and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend 5 Star Painting. The great Paint job makes our house look even bigger. Thank you. 5 Stars and a 10.

5 stars for 5 Star Painting ! Each facet of this process was handled quickly, Every person was responsive & friendly. From the initial visit , office communications, power washing, project manager, paint crew👍🏻 hard working & efficient. A company with Integrity & customer service. Very rare !
Great company quick and polite very professional and my home looks great.
We had some some settling cracks in the drywall and an area where the metal edge on a ceiling popped and cracked. We also had quite a few nail pops that were fixed. All repairs were done by Five Star Painting of Tacoma. After repairs were completed, they painted the walls affected, including our vaulted entryway and stairwell. We were very pleased with the entire process/results and would not hesitate to recommend them!

We hired Five Star to paint a home we recently purchased that had extensive stenciling in addition to layers of wallpaper. There was something on literally every wall (and some ceilings). We live out of town and I was nervous about not being there during the project. Sam, the estimator, was very professional, and the painters did great work and had to deal with a tight deadline. There were some things that needed to be addressed when I did my final walk through. Lisa was our project manager and her customer service was fantastic. The issues were promptly fixed. I was never made to feel like I was being unreasonable as is often the case when things don’t go according to plan. Everyone was professional, all appointments were kept and the job got done to my expectations. It’s not very often that things go so smoothly on a home renovation project and I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone looking for paint work.
